Lino Mat
Little did I know when I painted this lino mat that in less than a month we would be like these cats, on the inside looking out and wishing for what we couldn't have. This mat has captured the yearning feeling that I had for the daily social interaction with my family and friends which was missing during this pandemic. This was not a creative time period for me. I read a lot , worked outside almost every day on my yard and flower gardens and managed to do some reorganizing housework.
