I can't fully describe the ways that Covid 19 has affected us all worldwide: the horrifying numbers of dead, the required but difficult isolation; the consequent depression and uncertainty for the future. I am trying to interpret these feelings in paint. There is fear, doubt and uncertainty, but also hope that a kinder world will emerge.
This was actually painted a few years ago, in a time of personal turmoil. I couldn't create anything more in tune with my feelings today.
